Alleima® doctor blade steel for longer print runs

All Alleima® doctor blade steels offer the high wear resistance, close dimensional tolerances and consistent straightness that high-quality printers require. Our doctor blade steels also provide perfect wiping of the printing ink and long blade life.

Four times longer blade life

The ability to run long print cycles without blade change can improve printing press productivity dramatically. Printers who replace standard doctor blades with blades based on our high-end doctor blade steel have experienced more than four times longer blade life without print quality loss.
