We specialize in rounding and joining cylindrical components made of stainless steel (Ø max. 2mm) without filler material.

We roughen surfaces and break sharp edges from a Ø of 0.1mm up to Ø 1mm.
We deburr sharp edges and round wires from Ø 0.2mm to Ø 2mm.
We carry out tensile tests of thin wires, form-fitting, friction-locked, and material-locking connections up to a force of 500 N (112 lbs).
